The AAOCS in collaboration with the Omega-3 Centre are hosting a one day omega-3 symposium on November 7, with international and national experts covering all the major health attributes of long chain omega-3, i.e. cardiovascular, metabolic, anti-inflammatory, cognitive and infant development. We are also looking at sources, sustainability and bioavailability, which will include fish oil, krill oil, algae oil and new land plant sources of omega-3 including long-chain omega-3 and ALA.

An exciting program is in the process of being put together.
