Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of Natural Health Products New Zealand Incorporated is to be held on Wednesday 27 March 2019 at Hamilton Gardens Pavilion, commencing at 2.30pm.

In accordance with the registered constitution of Natural Health Products NZ there is a key deadline with respect to the meeting that you need to be notified of:

Thursday 12 February 2019: 

  • Final date for any motions to be considered at the AGM, to be received by the General Manager of Natural Health Products NZ.
  • Final date for any nominations for positions on the Executive Board of Natural Health Products NZ to be received by the office of Natural Health Products NZ. Click here to download a nomination form.

In 2019 there will be 5 positions available. We think this is the largest number of available openings on the Board ever, as three members are standing down, and two are up for normal rotation.  This is a great opportunity for your company to nominate a candidate to participate on our Executive Board, so don’t delay and be sure to send us your completed nomination form by 5pm Thursday 12 February 2019.

Formal notice of any motion to be considered at the AGM, ballot and proxy papers, and audited financial accounts for the 2018 financial year will be sent to all financial members on Wednesday 6 March 2019.

Please note that to make a motion or nomination the member must hold a full membership and be financial at the time of making the motion or nomination. To attend and participate in the AGM each member must be financial as at seven (7) days prior to the meeting.
