As referred to in Michael Roberts’ address at the Summit we are circulating this questionnaire on behalf of the Hon David Clark, Minister of Health and the Hon Damien O’Connor, Minister for Food Safety.
 

The deadline to complete the questionnaire is SUNDAY 7 APRIL 2019.
